I have bought four cars from Apex Toyota in the past year.No Im not rich but a year ago when my wife and I needed a new car after shopping other dealers and make we went to Apex Toyota.I had owned toyota's before so I knew they were great cars.I was not looking foward to the pains of buying a new car.At 50 years old I had been through it before and it was never fun.But at dealer it as to be the the best and most relaxed car buying experience I ever had.I told them about how much We wanted to spend and what kind of payment we were looking for.We found a new 2012 Camry SE and went on a test drive.When we came back and sat down with the salesman, having researched our trade in on auto trader we told him what we wanted and in no time we got a great price on the new car,the best price for our old car and a lower payment than I had hoped for.I'll end this with everyone at that dealer ALWAYS treats us like family.Thats why we go there,we take our family members there to buy.I recomend ApexToyota to anyone looking for a new car. Service dept
First time customer who recently moved to Raleigh. I was pleasantly shocked to hear alive person after the first ring when I called early one Monday morning and the surprise continued when another live person answered on the first ring after my call was transferred to the Service dept. I applaud the dealership management team for providing sufficient staffing in their customer service.
Service specialist Denny did a truly exceptional job of eliciting my explanation of why I was requesting service and informing me of the benefits included in my lease agreement. Less than an hour later the 10,000 mile checkup was complete and I was on my way within 1 and a quarter hours after arriving at the dealership.
Kudos Hendrick staff and management.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Great great customer service, Jamie was awesome! I took my car in for service and they got me in and out very quickly. The wait wasn't long, and the waiting area was very comfortable. Coffee and everything. They really made this as painless as possible. Mark Firestein, assistant service manager, did a great job in getting several problems with my Highlander fixed. It runs perfect now, just like a Toyota should. Everyone in the Service Department was very helpful and made sure that I understood the entire process of what they were doing and I appreciate the great service.

HAPPY CAMRY OWNERS
After we got serious about purchasing a 2012 Camry, we made our normal rounds to area Toyota dealers. None of the established dealers in our general area had the vehicle equipped to our specifications on their lots. Also, they were unable to locate one which could be delivered within our time limits.
We had heard about the new Toyota dealer in Apex. So we decided, why not give the "NEW KID" on the block a try. Although they did not have the right car for us in their inventory they were able to locate one which had not yet been assembled. We signed the purchase agreement for a Camry which really did not exit. However, the professional sales staff at Toyota of Apex went to work and, 10 days later, our new Camry had been assembled, shipped to Apex and we closed the deal and drove the car home.
Our FIVE STAR rating goes to Toyota of Apex and two of their professional sales staff, Michael Brinkman and Trey Hulse.

Great Service
My wife and I went to Hendrick of Apex after work to check out a 08 Saturn Vue. We didn't even make it to the dealership till after 8:30. Larry Willis and Bill Kistler were great and put in the extra mile staying way past closing so we could take the Vue home that night. Keep up the good work guys, you got my recommendation.

I took my 2002 Camry for Headlight repair. It took little longer to find the root cause of the problem but mean time they provided a loaner car for my transportation. When I got a call from Michael Chinn after repair was done and told me the repair cost, it was surprisingly very very low. That made my day. What an outstanding service! Price Transparency - something you don't come upon frequently in car sales
In preparing to become educated about the pricing beyond my new RAV4, I scoured the internet for information and talked with about 5 different dealers. I was about to place the purchase from another dealer when I learned about Toyota of Apex. I looked them up on the internet and found they are the only ones who actually show invoice price very transparently, and the invoice price actually matched that of edmunds.com. I was very impressed with this, and so decided to hold off with my purchase from Fred Anderson until I could check out Toyota of Apex. Sure enough, I went through the negotiation process with Apex, and, although time consuming, the invoice I was shown was the same as what was posted on the internet; no surprises! Nothing hidden. All the pricing was very transparent unlike the other dealers. Just do your homework first to become educated on the exact model of car you want. Then talk price. All the sales people are very nice, and wanting to help. Three cheers for Kenny!!!! Shop no further until you check them out.

SUPER SERVICE MANAGER(BRIAN FLICK)
We have bought 9 Toyotas since 1998 from Toyota of Wilmington and had all of them serviced by Brian Flick(Service Manager). He is the best service manager that I have ever had in the past 50 years. We hated to see him leave Wilmington to help start up your new Toyota of Apex. He is really missed back here in Wilmington!!!
But my message now is to tell you about how Brian helped us out in Raleigh. While we vacation in Minnesota every summer, we leave one of our Toyotas with our son and daughter in law who live in Raleigh. She ran over a curb and tore up the left front tire and rim along with damage to the fender. I called Brian and he went out of his way to do the repairs at a time convenient to my daughter in law"s work hours. Instead of having to buy a new fender he fixed and painted it so that it looks new. And the repair price was cheaper than he first mentioned to her. Since she paid for the damage to the car, she was thrilled to get a lower bill!! She is now sold on both Brian but also the loaner Toyota that Brian arranged. Maybe a new buyer!!!
